No one Taught Me This
Realizing It Was Time
What can I say except I was twiddling my thumbs on the corner of life and missed the bus for success. I grew up with 2 sets of grandparents that owned homes, businesses, and were able to live off of their pensions and retirement. I remember watching my grandmother balance her checkbook at the end of the month but that's all it was. There were not conversations about how to be like her or how to be like my other grandparents. There was no plan for me. My parents had not planned out or mapped out a path for me. I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life. It was not until my last grandparent died that I realized there were no longer people in our family to fall back on. The houses were sold as neither of my sets of grandparents wanted their surviving children to fight over the houses. This meant there was not longer the family homes for people to use to regroup. We were all really on our own and I realized too late that I should have been reaching for the same goal instead of just coasting through life. I should have been going for the better jobs, saving for a home, and starting a business but I was too comfortable. I wanted to start living a more thought out life. It started with watching influencers, reading blogs, combing through search engines and websites, and then realizing I just needed to sit down and put pen to paper. I needed to see in black and white how I was living my personal life, my working life and my financial life.
Mission
Just taking the first steps towards organization is a goal by itself. We are here to give some simple printables as starting points. Whether you start small or go all in there's something for all needs. For budgeting, planning, journaling, or everything all together you've come to an okay place for accomplishing something.
Vision
I want to Dream with my eyes wide open. That's a vision. A vision for a successful future is a clear and inspiring picture of what you want to achieve in the long term. It should be specific, measurable, and aligned with your values and goals. A successful vision should motivate and guide you towards your desired future, while also allowing for flexibility and adaptation to changing circumstances.
